soconnor	e3b2de5aa2	fix: replace invalid ADD CONSTRAINT IF NOT EXISTS with DO $$ BEGIN blocks ... PostgreSQL does not support IF NOT EXISTS for ADD CONSTRAINT. soconnor	95b5ba5171	chore: add migration 0008 for payments, recurring invoices, and public links ... Adds invoice_payment, recurring_invoice, recurring_invoice_item tables and publicToken/lastReminderSentAt/invoicePrefix columns to invoice.
